Kumbatia embraces the particular lifestyle of our clients - the Jorejick Family. The design aims to find the delicate balance between low cost and generic. In contrast to other affordable housing design that resolve climate, cost and resource restraints with modular, mass-produced plans that wash out traces of the Jorejick family’s unique inhabitants, Kumbatia preserves Jorejick family’s current footprint and lifestyle.
